Archery
Archery is a precision sport in which the goal is to pierce the target with your arrow. It requires calmness and concentration, and celebrates nature and the out-of-doors. Archery can be a fantastic exercise for certain disabled persons. For all participants, the sport has a positive effect on mental and physical health. After getting familiar with the basics of archery, you will learn techniques of handling the bow, the techniques of aiming and shooting. We will organize a small archery tournament, complete with scoring.
