RAFTING: On the Una, Cetina, Zrmanja, Retina, Dobra...discover the beauty, power and magic of Croatia’s rivers! Take in the green riverbanks, the sheer canyons, the crystal-clear depths. Rivers in the mainland are surrounded by thick forests and mountains, ones near the seacoast are noted for their rocky canyons. All boast green-colored water of impeccable clarity. Try the wild waters of Dobra and Una (rafting downstream from the excellent 20-meter Štrbačkog Waterfall); go canyoning in Zrmanje; enjoy the greenery and waterfalls of Mrežnice. Each rafting party is provided with a guide (skipper) and equipment for each crew member (life jacket, neoprene clothing and footwear, helmet, and paddle).
